Yeah Sunday funday. Gestern war ich bei der AMD (Akademie Mode & Design) in Düsseldorf. Da fand ein Open House statt und jeder Besucher konnte sich einen ganz eigenen Eindruck der Akademie verschaffen. In der Akademie luden die studierenden zu ihrem eigenen Trödelmarkt ein, auf dem sie ihre alten Bekleidungsstücke verkauften. Desweiteren konnten wir uns erfahrungsreiche Vorträge von studierenden anhören. Auf dem Campus fand ein kleines Festival mit Live Musik und Streetfood Ständen statt. Unser Fazit vom Eindruck der Akademie fällt sehr positiv aus. Wir sind der Auffassung, wer sich seiner Zukunft in der Modebranche sicher ist, ist an der AMD schon an der richtigen Stelle. Natürlich kostet die Akademie eine Menge Geld, aber laut den studierenden wird der finanzielle Teil schon irgendwie bewältigt, ob mit Nebenjobs und Studienkredit. Jobs auf der Kö bringen bestimmt auch eine gewisse finanzielle Sicherheit. Die AMD ist in vier Städten Deutschlandweit vertreten. In München, Hamburg, Berlin und Düsseldorf. Innerhalb des Studienganges kann man auch die Stadt und somit auch die Akademie wechseln. Wenn z.B. jemand in Düsseldorf mit dem Studium beginnt und irgendwann beschließt nach Hamburg zu ziehen, ist das möglich. Es ist sogar möglich wieder von Hamburg nach Düsseldorf zu wechseln. Sehr vielfältig finden wir das.
